No — we provide design and consultation services only. We give you a professional PDF blueprint that you hand to any installer you choose. This means no contractor lock-in, no pressure to buy equipment through us, and full freedom to get competitive quotes from local installers.

Just email your floor plan to upload@kitakosecurity.com. We accept any readable format — PDF blueprints, JPG/PNG photos of drawings, hand-sketched layouts, or even a rough measurements sketch. Include a brief description of your space and your main security concerns. We'll work with whatever you have.

We primarily recommend Hikvision and Dahua — both are industry-leading brands used in commercial facilities worldwide, including our Singapore Airlines and Changi Airport projects. They offer excellent image quality, Canadian warranty coverage, and are widely available through Canadian suppliers at competitive prices.

Yes. Professional packages include 1 revision round and Enterprise includes 2. Basic packages can add a revision for CA$49. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. A revision covers adjustments to the existing design based on your feedback — such as repositioning cameras or updating quantities.

Professional and Enterprise packages include revision rounds (1 and 2 respectively). Basic clients can purchase additional revisions at CA$49 each. If we made an error that's our fault, we'll fix it at no charge. Our refund policy is detailed in our Terms of Service.
